SUSTAINABLE COASTAL TOURISM IN ASIA - Philippines (SCOTIA) is a technical assistance project funded by the United States Agency for International Development and implemented by The Louis Berger Group, Inc. Covering the period September 2004 to August 2007, SCOTIA works with key partners and stakeholders through an alliance of conservation advocates and local and international tourism operators.

SCOTIA's principal objective is to strengthen the capability of local communities in 6 coastal areas in the Philippines to manage, in partnership with the private sector, their marine and coastal ecosystem.
