PO capacity to implement proposed activities-leadership
training, plan/activity formulation, organizational management,
etc.
- Priority to be given to activities
supporting the following GAF objectives:

Coastal Resources Conservation - strengthen the
capability of local communities, LGU's, divers among
others to implement measures for sustainability
of coastal resources quality and its tourism value |

Environmental Management Initiatives - strengthen
the capability of local communities, LGU's, and
tourism industry operators in CRM, SWM, SMS, and
CP (the 4 SCOTIA strategies) |
| 3.
Information, Education, and Communication or IEC
Initiatives - Raise people's awareness, value, and
retention of sustainable measures for coastal tourism;
activities that promote dialogue, dissemination,
partnerships, and other innovative networking efforts
to fortify the development process |
